Clean room, helpful staff, with excellent amenities like the outdoor hot tub and a lovely outdoor dining area where I enjoyed breakfast while planning my winery visits.

Whole place was clean with beautiful views; amazing and handy location close to Apex mountain. Queen room had a nice bed. The bathroom was luxury, it was nice to have a bath. Location: the hotel was right by wineries, Starbucks, downtown and beach.

We stayed for three nights in a queen room with two queen beds and a balcony, and the pool was perfect for a chill day. The BBQ facilities made our evenings so much fun. We loved just lounging by the sun terrace. It was a bit of a trek to haul our bags up the stairs, but overall, it was a fantastic experience 🌞

Really expect a free breakfast like we get everywhere in the states. Kinda cheap asking to pay for extra coffee...used to getting it on request...in a nice place like this Ramada doesn't need to appear cheap.

Loved the garden, BBQs, rooms on main floor that opened to the garden
Despite the fact that we arrived after 3 pm, our room was not ready and we had to sit and wait. There was a wedding and lots of teams there so the hotel was noisy after 10 pm.

We stayed at this property a few years back but then stopped as prices became too high. But I found a great deal and felt that it was great value for the room we stayed in. Loved the ambience of the hotel and the pool area is great. We were there Sept 8 so nice and quiet with all the kids having gone back to school - Perfect! Also having the great pub there is awesome. We love this property and we plan to go back next Sept same time.
I'd have to say that the check out time is way too early at 11:00am when check in time is at 3:00. Maybe this has to be for July/August, crowd, but once kids are back in school I think they should have the check out time at 12:00 at the very earliest. The people at the desk kindly extended our check out time to 12:30 which helped us out a lot. Thanks for that.

Wonderful Getaway with Fantastic Views
Enjoyed a peaceful night in a spacious room with beautiful decor. The hot tub was a good treat after a day of exploring Penticton. Don't miss the nearby BBQ facilities. Perfect for a family cookout. Pro tip, bring your favorite grill recipes!

Room was lovely. Fantastic bed and duvet. Very clean. Nice view over golf course. Staff asked several times if there was anything we needed. Room service was prompt and polite.
More, higher quality coffee....sorry but I'm a coffee snob :-)
